Digital Radiography

We have been using digital X-ray imaging since we moved to Minster.

Now, we have a new Cone Beam CT scanner for even better picture quality and the ability to create 3D images for even more accurate placements and endodontic examination.

The advantages are:

LOWER DOSE OF RADIATION
That is very important these days since most people already irradiate themselves enthusiastically with their mobile phones, televisions, and flights on aeroplanes!

QUICKER PROCESS
The radiographs are processed by computer and can be accessed throughout the Practice in a matter of seconds.

BETTER IMAGE QUALITY
That means a better chance of a successful diagnosis.
As well as a high-quality image to start with, computerisation means that the image can be enhanced by sharpening, altering contrast, and magnifying.
